Philosophy

The Swept Away Farm team is dedicated to the development of good tempered, sound, high quality amateur and professional horses. We believe horses must be challenged but at a pace that builds confidence and courage. We stress consistency and patience in training our horses knowing that is the foundation for building successful careers in a horse. Each horse is an individual with its own talent and strength. We work with that awareness. We encourage, we do not force a horse to go beyond its comfort zones. We are dedicated to bringing out the best in our horses.
